Shipments

Shipping options and costs when buying on the website:

- Delivery to home/work: 37 NIS, delivery time 6 business days from the day the shipment leaves the delivery company, free shipping over 350 NIS.

The shipment leaves us up to 4 business days from the day of purchase via delivery via a courier company.

I can also send for you abroad and/or upgrade the registered shipment to delivery by courier mail for an additional fee.

Methods of payment

via PAY PAL or credit card. There is no need to open a PayPal account in order to pay through them with a credit card.

Exchanges and returns

If you have regretted it and want to exchange or return it, you can do so within 14 business days when the product is packaged and not used.

There will be no exchanges or returns on sale products or custom designed products such as racks with a name.

To return the products you must contact us by e-mail, phone or mail. After investigating your request, you will have to return the product to the studio at your own expense

To exchange or return boards and shelves, you must physically come to the studio with the product and not send it by courier.

After returning the products and checking them, you will be rewarded with the price you paid for them (not including shipping fees and other costs, if any).
